My 2013 iMac has aged out at Catalina.Just bought a MacBook Air M1 to replace it but really kinda thought Id keep it around since its got pictures etc on it.
Has anyone else experienced memory leaks with these machines on Catalina? Anytime I wake it up the first time it has run out of physical memory and swap memory very low it says. Then it takes about 3 times with Clean My Ma to free up memory. No apps other than sometimes I leave Clean My Mac running but even with it quit, memory gets gone overnight.

No. The memory on any modern OS is designed to be full. Any memory that's not used by Apps is used for caching. Let the OS manage memory. You want your RAM to be full. Unused RAM is wasted RAM.
