Catalina Sharing Photos Memories

I am trying to share a photo collage in Memories. When I go to the box with the up arrow, all it allows me to do is "airdrop" or "shared albums" and "more". None of these allow me to just message the album. In "more", message is checked, but I can't get there.

How can I share a Memory album by message? TIA
