I updated to Catalina my MBP i9, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD and Vega 20 and tried to run Cinebench R20 to see if there was any performance improvement, and actually there is!

I'm getting consistent results after three runs. In Mojave I was always getting a big drop in scores after the second run.
Strange thing is that I'm getting the exact same score. That's interesting..

Here the results:

First run:

Second run:

Third run:

Honestly, I'm getting the same results under Catalina with my '19 i9 8-core/16/560X. No throttling or heat issues, and the keyboard is SO MUCH BETTER compared to my 2018

yes the 2019 i9 never had this problem, apple insider tested the i9 2018 vs i9 2019 showing that the i9 2019 cinebench tests were very consistent when running multiple times.
