Hello,

Are there any benefits or drawbacks for a 2019 16 inch INTEL mac to run OS Monterey or Big Sur
over Catalina?
 
Not unless there's some feature in Big Sur or Monterey that you absolutely need that doesn't exist on Catalina. There are no drawbacks if Catalina's been stable for you. The old mantra "if it ain't broke don't fix it" is applicable here. Most people upgrade because of FOMO. Bravo for not having upgraditis.
