categories in iTunes podcast list?

hallo there,

so i have a list of about 20 podcasts in itunes, sorted alphabetically. what i'd like was a possibility to configure categories ("news", "sport" etc) like i can in googlereader for example.

how do i do that? plugins?

i also cannot set things like "keep all" or "keep only last10" for each podcast individually...
