Categories update 2.56 help

I had updated my iPhone 3G 3.0 to the newest Categories 2.56, it installed, did the respring now its just been restarting for the past 2 hours

I have a 3GS also and went on to Cydia to read the comments, but version 2.56 is no longer there

my computer recognizes the iPhone, what files can I go in to delete to make it boot normal??
