First time posting a question here so apologizes if I missed something or did it the wrong way.
So I basically ordered a Caudabe Lucid Clear for my new iPhone 13 Pro Max as I've always lived the product (on earlier models such as XS Max or 12).
However, the one I just received seems to have sharp/rough (not smooth) edges (bottom, top and few points on the sides) so besides the fact that it is very uncomfortable (when passing my fingers from the screen to the cases top/bottom/side lips) I'm worrying that it may scratch the screen/metallic sides upon removing/putting it.
Do you think this is normal ? anyone else experiencing this "issue" ?
As I am from a EU country I had to pay some tax fees (13€) so I'm torn between asking for a refund or an exchange (I'll probably have to pay a second time the fees..).
