Caught out with multiple device apps :-(

So, I noticed solar walk was free on iPhone 5 today so I grabbed it.

It hen lot in all store on iPad and the same app is sitting there with a download button, not a purchase button and no mention of price.

Like a fool I click download, not even asked for password it downloads and wipes money out my iTunes account.

It was free on iPad too. If you got charged for it submit an issue report through iTunes.

Yes you have to log into iTunes and then your account in the upper right corner when you're looking a store page.
