I hope you opened the box to make sure there was one in there. Usually when a seller wants to sell a new iPad quickly under retail value and within the return period, it means something usually isnt right. Either you're getting ripped off or it was stolen and the seller wanted to unload it quickly. With tax, the seller would have lost at least $50 for no reason which makes no sense when they could have just returned it.

Yep. Made sense to me. I certainly opened it and turned it on etc. it's all perfectly brand new. He gave me the best buy receipt showing he used a gift card too
That's a good deal... I have been searching Craigs list for deals but All I get is some poser who says they just sold their item but I can check out some online bidding place where they found theirs. I Guess Craig's list is become a bigger trolling stop for tech items.

Same here. I'm keeping my iPad 4. The mini will serve better in bed I'm thinking. I'll just see how it goes.
