Hi there,

I have the Caze ThinEdge (http://www.iphonecaze.com/iphone-5-thinedge-slim-frame.html) which I find just about perfect, except that after a few months one of the fasteners is completely broken (after a drop), and the second one is just about to break (no drop).

Has anyone else had this experience?

Does anyone have an extra fastener they'd be willing to sell? I'd prefer not to spend $23 just to get another 2 fasteners.

Why don't you try contacting the company for an extra one. Since your other fastener broke on its own, they might replace it for free.

i would contact them. worst case they say you need to buy another and you're in the exact same position. best and most probable case, they have decent customer service and give you a replacement

I ordered another case, and asked them to include a couple extra fasteners, and they did that for me (one red & one silver). I'm not sure if I had asked them to send me extra fasteners for free if they would have.
