To all of you loyal, iPhone 4s users, if you are considering purchasing the Zero 5 Pro case from CAZE, be aware that on the back of this case, there is a small 2mm hole on the bottom right corner of the case. This is not shown on the CAZE website. Actually, on all the photos, it is not advertised as such. This may not be a big deal to you, but to me, it was glaring! I bought the orange case and it was painfully obvious when I put it on my BLACK iPhone 4s.
The good
-fits the phone perfectly
-all port covers were precise (this was the selling point for me because I didn't want any pocket lint going into the ports)
-very thin form factor
The bad
-that tiny hole on the back at the bottom right corner (it drove me nuts!)
I contacted customer service because I thought I received a defective case only to find out that the hole is intentional and that it is for an accessory (???). No idea what accessory fits into that little hole. But it might be something popular in Japan. Doesn't matter, because I felt that the product was advertised incorrectly.
The happy ending: CAZE let me pick another case of equal value for free, AND sent it to me for free, AND let me keep the orange case that I originally purchased. Excellent customer service. I dealt with Jennifer and she was quick to respond, polite and left me with an overall, great experience for something that I initially felt duped for. (I ended up choosing the same style case but in white with the clear backing--I love the port covers. With the clear back, I hardly notice that little accessory hole.)
