How long did/does it take for delivery to the US?

At least 3 weeks. Most of that being tied up in customs over the pond.

Well my Caze 5 cracked at the bottom corner in less than 2 days. I am very careful with my phones so I am positive it was not due to something I did.

I sent them an email right away Wednesday and have not received any reply yet. Much as I like the looks of this, this obviously is not a good shell.

Does anyone know if they will replace it and how to get them to reply.
