Apps CBS live news and sky news not loading on APple

I seem to have a problem with both sky news and CBS live in that they don't load. After waiting for them to load I get kicked back to the Apple TV app lists.

On my iPad using the appropriate apps they run fun.

I rebooted the Apple TV 4 with the same result.

Anyone else notice this issue?
