I've seen it mentioned but never really put it together, but what if the iphone 5 is what we are getting in the US and Europe and the 4s is what the Chinese are getting? Just a random mud pie to throw against the wall and see if it sticks.

Odds are good that you know more than the news outlets as well. I work in the media and can't tell you how often we guess and just throw things out there hoping that it sticks. Personally, it's not the way I do business, but you'd be shocked at how careless most media personnel are.

I think the bottom line here is it sounds like Apple has really kept a lot of details from leaking this time. We'll see soon what really comes out and my bet is just about all the leaks will be wrong in one shape or form
