i made backup with carboncopycloner to a spread bundle (encrypted)
but i think it just copy pasted my files to it ...
if my mac really damage i can restore my SL to current session ?

What does a 'spread bundle' mean?...but in meantime, It doesn't like to me that you have a proper image file to restore entire drive if needed.....

I think you mean sparse bundle. If you created a sparse bundle and properly used CCC to clone to inside an encrypted sparse bundle, you will be fine. You would just need to open (with password) the sparse bundle to access it to restore data.

I'm not sure what you mean by saying you think you just copy/pasted data though?
