For the past 3 months I've been using CCC on the trial version, and clicking 'extend trial' (or words to that effect) when the trial is over.

Now there is no 'extend trial' and only shows 'Quit', 'Uninstall' and 'Purchase'.

Has CCC been updated to disable the trial extension?

Have no idea for this question. I get this information after upgrade to EI Capitan 10.11 Beta when opening CCC.

This version of CCC has not been thoroughly qualified against this release of OS X

Please visit http://bombich.com for news on updates to CCC.

I'm running 10.10.4, they might have disabled the extend trial feature?

You can download the CCC beta, I have no idea if that will allow you to work without purchasing it. My recommendation is if you really need the app, then buy it.

I can't seem to find the Beta, only v.4.

I will be purchasing CCC as it's such a good app, and after using it to restore my MBP, I know it's reliable!

The beta was in his blog
Update [June 16, 2015]: CCC 4.1.4-b2 posted
Today we posted CCC 4.1.4-b2 which offers preliminary support for OS X 10.11, El Capitan, which is currently available for beta testing. To apply the update within CCC (before upgrading to El Capitan), open CCC's Preferences window, click on Software Update, check the Inform me of beta releases checkbox, then click the Check for updates now button. If you're already running El Capitan, you can download the beta directly.

I agree it's a nice application and version 4 seems to be a good upgrade to the prior version. It seems much more polished

Any ideas on the update schedule for major releases? Or when did v4 come out?
