A while back I had Vista on my MBP, it was an OEM copy and I erased it after the 30 days it allowed. But when I tried to repartition my drive for XP it said something about needing to reformat the drive.
I did a full backup onto an external via CCC, but I don't know what to do now. How am I supposed to format the drive, and is it as easy as dragging and dropping all the stuff from my external to the formatted drive?
