Cck fix hack in 4.2?

I just learned the devastating news about Apple "fixing" the cck with 4.2. Will it be possible to unfix it with a jb hack?

This is enough to either 1) keep my pad at 3.2 or 2) sell my iPad.very frustrating!

I am sure since it is just a software change it can be hacked to have the port output more power again

This is the biggest flaw in the ipad.

Well, I just confirmed this yesterday at a upgraded 4.2.1 in the store. The usb adapter would NOT allow my card reader to work.

Are there ANY SD to USB adapters that will work (obviously other than Apples? I sold the SD CCK adapter keeping just the USB adapter because I had a 12-in-1 card reader that allowed me to transfer from the SD memory card to ipad perfectly on my 3.2 iPad. But the 12-in-1 was rejected by iPad 4.2.1. So, if I find a small card reader that is just for SD, think it will work?

This is simply unbelievable!!!!
