ok my dad downloaded 8gb of CD's onto his iPhone and once he upgraded to ios7 was only able to play the 20 songs he purchased from iTunes. the rest is still on his iPhone but unable to access. i tried downloading a few 3rd party softwares to transfer these files onto a mac but failed. i think i need to jailbreak the phone to access these audio files but came here for a real solution. i read all the apple discussion forum and called apple support. i need a real solution from a real apple say person. these aren't limewire (illegal music) downloads. over 2000 songs purchased in CD form. aka transfer raw hidden files from iPhone to mac. do i need to jailbreak? what happened to drag n drop greedy apple...
any real help would be much appreciated thank you

sincerely, my dad
