every time i pop in a cd, or wake my computer from sleep, etc., it seems that the device that pops the cds in and out gets louder each time, makes a squeaking noise, and almost sounds like it's breaking. my mac is nine months old, the drive is a MATSHITA DVD-R UJ-857D.
the noise just worries me that parts are failing. should i take this into a store, or just try to not to think about it until something actually breaks?
