CD drive halp

Hi

i have just replaced the CD drive in my IBook G4 as the old one broke.

i can put a CD in, and it makes all the right noices but it then just gets spat back out.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I have seen this happen previously with broken CD / DVD drives.

Is there any chance that the new drive is broken too?

Have you tried with a different CD?
