CD/DVD drive will not read cd rom games while in windows!!!

i have a new 20'' imac 2.4 ....after installing and updating windows via boot camp, my CD/DVD rom drive will auto eject all my windows games that are cd rom games...will not read them at all, but not the ones that are dvd rom games. this is very frustrating... please some one help... thanks
