hey i just put in a audio cd (holy bible on audio cd) but it got stuck in the macbook. When i tried to eject the CD is not responding or ejecting. Basically i'm stuck with the cd in there. I've tried to shut down the computer and turning it on again, but nothing.

Anybody out there that can help????

thank you

i'm sorry but i dont understand... i apologize, i'm brand new to apple and all...

can you explain better please

Restart your MacBook. As soon as the screen turns off (right before the gray screen appears and it makes the "bong" sound) press the mouse button/trackpad. Hold it until the CD ejects.

i actually turn off the computer... turn it on and in the grey screen just held the eject button and it came out....

thank you for your help... i appreciated

peace up

Future Reference

As a future reference... before resorting to the restarting/mouse button trick, try the Disk Utility (Applications > Utilities) to override the keyboard hotkey (eject). If this does not work than it's really stuck (do the restart trick then).
