CD not ejecting

Hey guys I'm a new addition to this forum, and I already have a headache on my hands. = ( Popped a CD into my disk drive, the thing wouldn't read and now its stuck. I tried everything I found in another thread with a similar issue, still didn't work. Any ideas/suggestions?

P.s. The damn thing made weird noises right before it went on a silent strike. Each time I restart my MacBook it just keeps making those weird noises as if its trying to eject the CD, but nothing comes out.

Not a mini-disc is it? That's a bad, bad thing in a slot load computer (MBP/iMac)
