CD stuck

As a new imac user (24 hours) I decided to copy my entire CD collection on to my computer. I now have a CD that is stuck in my imac. It doesnt read/display at all, nor will it eject when I select this option from itunes.

Is there a way to manually eject the disc or another way that I may not be familiar with given my lack of apple experience? I have over 500 CDs to copy and I have only done 10 or so when this occurred.

Though this may not work if Eject does not function in iTunes - have you tried restarting your iMac and holding down the mouse button as it restarts?
