It'll work in about 40 countries (Including Canada and Mexico). Those countries have at least one CDMA network - although as with the United States, not all networks in a specific country will necessarily be CDMA. It doesn't have any capability not already present in the GSM version, so there's no advantage to making it available on the European market.
