CDMA iPhone vs European gsm iphone

All,

The CDMA iPhone covers the German lte bands however there's a footnote, that just because the frequency matches, it doesn't mean it'll be compatible with the carrier.

Anyone know if the CDMA us version would
Work with german LTE?
