Cell selection in DocsToGo?

All right is it just me or does anyone else have issues with the cell selection of multi cells in DocToGo, the spreadsheet portion of the app?

The help file says to double tap the cell then drag your selection. I cannot for the life of me get it to work. When I double tap a cell the edit box opens at th top.

Please tell me it's not just me.
