I thought it would be helpful to do a mini review of this case. I bought it after I picked up my phone as I wanted immediate protection after the full body ghost armor had cured (my son can grab my phone very quickly...he's like a mini ninja! 
). My apologies for the low quality pictures. They were taken with my iphone 4 using a desk lamp for lighting. If anyone wants better pictures, then please let me know.

Design
It's definitely not winning any awards here. However, I do think it simple enough to like. The red silicone gives the case some nice accents. I also like how there is a cutout for the Apple logo. The polycarbonate outer case has a smooth finish and is easy to slide in and out of my jean pockets (501 STF as a reference).
First flaw is the lip or front of the case is insanely deep. I'm not even exaggerating. If you take a look at the picture of the front of the phone, then you will understand. This is both good and bad. It has great protection face down, but it can really bother some people.
Another flaw, if you take a look at the bottom left of the phone you'll notice the silicone sleeve isn't fully pushed in. I'm not sure if it's user error with installation but it is rather annoying to see.
The case is quite thick. It's just a hair thinner than a generic case that I am using on my iPhone 4. I haven't had the chance to enjoy the thinness and weight of the new phone because of it.
I think the earphone jack may be an issue to some people with bigger ends. Don't quote me on this but you can be the judge with the picture I took.
Finally, the volume and power buttons are easily pressed. The silicone sleeve is very thin which makes pressing the buttons easy.
Protection
This case will offer you the basic drop and shock protection. The coverage is great and the phone will be well protected no matter how it lands.
Value
I personally think this case is worth the money. I know you can get a similar case on eBay for a lot cheaper compared to the kiosk at the mall. I paid $14.99 + CA tax.
