Cellular connection slower 4.3.2?

Old news I realize, but did anyone else experience cellular slower to connect outdoors on S3 wOS 4.3.2 than 4.3.1?

I experienced this week going from launch day alum S3 on 4.3.2 to new ceramic S3 that came with 4.3.1 installed.

The new watch was so much quicker before I saw reminder & activated the update to 4.3.2.

Now the new one about same time older S3.

Fun experiment with ceramic. back it goes to Apple now I’ve seen S4 leak.

It has seemed slower to me on my Nike+ Series 3 on 4.3.2, hoping watchOS 5 fixes it. Too afraid to test it since I use it to track my runs and health.
