Cellular data does not work after updating to iOS 6.1

Had the same problem with the betas so I went back to 6.0.1, then finally 6.1 was released yesteday and I was dissapointed to see the same problem again

I feel like signal on my 4s has gotten weaker with 6.1 I'm no longer getting strong signal I've been getting great signal in for months. Sucks

Reset network settings.

Try a DFU restore to 6.1.
