"Cellular data is switched off" warning

Is there a way to stop my phone notifying me when I have cellular data turned off? I turn it off for a reason, Its not like its something i did by mistake. Every time i try write a text message I get bombarded by popups telling me what I already know.

I only get one warning if the phone is in airplane mode when sending a message. I never get a warning if just cellular data is turned off. Maybe you have something else running in the background trying to use data?

Never thought of that. I'll test it out and see if I still get the warning with only messages open. Thanks for your help

I have the same issue, haven't found a way to turn off that notification
