Hi folks,

I have a iPSE and iPad Air (1st gen.), both on Verizon, that is my only source of internet in my cabin. I consistently get an extra bar of reception, and remain on LTE more consistently, on the iPad relative to the SE. I would have thought the SE, with upgraded chips and expanded LTE bands would have been the winner. Anyone care to inform me why this is not the case? Is it just a bigger antennae on the iPad?

I'm experiencing the same with iPad Pro vs iPhone 6 vs SE. The first 2 hold signal better. I may return SE for replacement.

Im hoping its in part software related. I can always kick back to LTE by cycling through airport mode. But perhaps it is the size of the antennae, not the magic in it.
