Cellular FaceTime doesn't work

It is saying that the iPhone and Mac must be logged in into the same iCloud account. The weird thing is, that when I get called I can take the call on my mac without problems. Anyone else experiencing that bug?
 
Yep everything turned on. As I said... when I get called it works just fine, I just can't call anyone
