iPad mini Cellular Model With Wrong Model

Hi every one, im new in macrumors :p forums not website :).
sorry for my bad english,
I have an ipad mini A1455 at the back and MD540NF/A in information.

like you see there is no cellular setting, no IMEI, itune think is a iPAD 2,5 model but it's clearly an 2,7 Model!!! it has a sim tray.
can i force itune to install the 2,7 firmware ???
it has iOS 9.2, no waranty and no apple store in my country.

I'd try downloading firmware for iPad 2,7 and restore to it using iTunes. In iTunes, click shift+Restore IWindiws) or option+Restore (Mac), and you should be able to tell iTunes where you saved the firmware. Let me know if you need a link for downloading the firmware.
