Cellular service antenna Wayfinder Face

How do I make it to show the cellular service "antenna" (four green dots in the center under the date) on the Wayfinder face?

I have activated cell service for the watch and turned off the iPhone to make sure the watch had service. I was able to make a receive calls, but the four dots cellular indicator didn't showed up

I think it only shows up when you are literally on cellular and are away from your phone.

That would make sense as the cellular icon in the options screen of the watch (flip up from face) only appears when you are actually on a cellular connection away from Wi-Fi.

Ah! I WIFI has to be unavailable too in order to show up.
