Hi All,

I'm having an issue with the digital crown on my new Series 3 Cellular watch.

If I get this swapped via warranty or exchange, what do I need to do to successfully remove service for this watch and activate the new watch? I want to make sure I don't get charged again for activating a new watch or have two watches listed on my Verizon account.
 
When you erase all content and settings on your current Watch, it will ask if you want to remove the cellular plan too. Choose yes.

On your new Watch, set up cellular data again. Verizon should detect that you already have a Watch plan and ask if you are replacing your Watch or adding another. Tap replace.

You might need to call Verizon to have it done manually. The app will tell you when setting it up.
