Cellular watch from Japan work in the U.K.?

Hi all,

I don’t plan to ever get a separate plan for my Apple Watch and only want the stainless steel case which is only available on the Cellular/gps model.

Now I’m wondering if this watch would work as normal in the U.K. even tho I never plan to use the cellular function?

Series 4 is the model in question.

If you never plan to activate the cellular then it will work fine.
