iPad Pro Center Stage missing??

Strange. There no longer seems to be a way to access center stage per app in settings. For example, Filmic Pro apparently can utilize center stage, and yet, I can’t find any control to enable anywhere. It’s like it ONLY exists in FaceTime when on. Anyone else experience this? A bug…?
