iPad Certain Dock Icons Stay Enlarged

I recently installed the iPad OS Beta and I am trying to figure out if this is a feature that I don’t understand or just a bug in the Beta. I have a new iPad Pro 11” and after I launch a few apps, the icons in the Dock for Safari or YouTube or Reddit will stay slightly larger (like 20%) than the other icons. If I reboot, it temporarily fixes itself and then will happen again shortly. Anyone else seeing this?
