certain online videos not playing!!

when i go to this website (http://www.nba.com/video/topten_archive.html), none of the videos play when i click on them.
for example, when you click on "Play", which is under "Dunks," which is under "Top 10s of the Playoffs," a new window opens, but the video never plays!!
help me please!!!

Do you have flip4mac installed? That could be the issue.

wtf

when you press "download" at the flip4mac download page, it leads to a "page that cannot be found."
so frustrating!!
