Filmed on a Mercedes 450SEL (with a 6.9L engine!) in the streets of Paris. The sound was later dubbed with a Ferrari 275.

I have mixed feelings about it... I don't care what people do to endanger their own lives, but I loathe people who threaten the lives of other people for stupid stunts...

On the other hand it is mildly entertaining.

I totally agree. The fact that I posted it, didn't mean that I liked or admired the director for what he has done in this case.

Some time ago on the french TV they took Lelouch for the same ride, in a sort of making of. During the drive, he talks about the film, and there were more than one assistants. Where you're correct, however, is that one of them had problems with his walkie-talkie. Also, among all the theories managed by the police was that the driver was a former F1 driver.
