Chain displays in MBP 2017 possible?

Hello,
I'm an owner of Macbook Pro 2017 13-inch model.
I'm using two external Dell u2414h monitors in extend mode.

Since I have only two USB type-c ports, I was wandering if someone manged to chain the monitors and plug them into a single USB port?
