Not happy with the look of the Apple-store applied screen protector. Wondered if removing it will take off the oleophobic or anti-reflective coating on the actual display?
 
It shouldn’t harm it at all. It’s not glue. After you remove it, there isn’t any residue left on the screen.
I would hope so. However, I’m less worried about residue and more worried about a coating being removed. Though I guess it would be obvious?
