Hey guys, I wanted to know what is the chance of me getting an iPhone 5s 64gb from Apple's express replacement service on IOS 7.1.2(or any version of 7.1.x) instead of 8. I have battery and display issues with my phone and the people at the genius bar refuse to listen and give me a replacement. I have Applecare+ and it looks like this is my only option. I know that the 64gb's were discontinued around October 2014 when IOS 8 was released so I just wanted to find out my chance of getting IOS 7.1.x.

Edit(Resolved): It came with IOS 7.1.2 :D

I just got my replacement iPhone 5s 32GB early last week using apple express and it did have iOS 7 on it, unfortunately I didn't check what version of iOS 7 before I upgraded it to iOS 8.

Sorry.

Thank you, I hope I get IOS 7 too and never update until IOS 9 comes out. IOS 8 just sucks and feels slower. Even on an iPhone 5s. Not 7.0.x but hopefully 7.1.x. Also how were you able to tell it had IOS 7? Was it because of the wallpaper or the fact that there wasn't a health app?
