Chances of MB Revision

I realize there is a "official" thread about this...
but I just wanted to know, what are the realistic chances of the MacBook's being updated anytime from now, to mid January....
And what are the chances of a hardware update? (mainly processor)

I expect an October update similar to the trends over the past years.

G3 -> G4

Core -> Core 2

Agreed. The macbooks are fairly easy to predict for this year. The difficulty lies with the macbook pros.

So basically, if the stronger rumors are correct... the new macbooks will have\be:

Alumi With Colors
Faster\Updated Processor
Upgraded Integrated Graphics

I still don't know about this. Sure the nanos got an update, but they've always had a plethora of colors. Somehow, I just don't see too many colors on the macbooks. Maybe two at most.

It would be cool if they do offer them in the new iPod colours, but I guess there will be a lot of people who still love and would prefer the black and white options that they offer now, I still think the change from last years nano colours to this years was a “down grade” so to speak
