Chances of Verizon locking iPads to prevent use with att sims?

What do you guys think are the chances that verizon will hmmm fix the fact that you can use an ATT sim card on their ipad? do you think they'll ever get around to it or do you think they won't bother?

They better not, or small claims court would be in my future. I bought my LTE capable iPad directly from Apple with no subsidies. I should be able to use it however I want.
