Change a Pref Pane icon category

I realize this is kind of a stupid wast of time question.
I want to move one of my System Preferences to a different category (want to put the Wacom icon next to the track pad icon and out of 3rd party 'other' category).

I have tried playing with various plist settings in the PreferencePanes/PenTablet.prefpane folder, but cant find where the category is referenced.

It may turn out to be hard-coded. All the 3rd-party app icons I've ever seen in System Preferences are in a separate pane, just as the preferences for 3rd-party apps in iOS Settings are always in a separate section. I'd think at least some of those developers would have chosen to place their icons elsewhere, if conditions allowed.
