change account on app store

I bought a iphone 3gs from a 3rd person, when i sync with the computer it change to my account, but there is one app that still waiting on the screen, and every time i tried to access the app store it ask for the original owner pasword.
have allready rebot the phone it dont work. any help

Instead of just syncing it, you should have set it up as set it up as new.

Try this: When you connect your iPhone to your computer, click the option to Revert to Factory Settings. This will wipe the iPhone.

You then won't have any of the previous owners apps or account settings on there and everything will be installed under your own account.
