Change Apple Pre Order? Corporate Discount (FAN)?

I pre ordered a 16GB 3GS but I think I may want a 32GB, I see no place on Apple's website to alter my pre-order, do I just pre-order another phone under my account?

Also for the love of god let's hope this time around I don't have to remove my FAN discount just to get a phone, that was a debacle last year.
